Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our WooCommerce supportive management utility plugin (the "Software"). By installing, activating, or using this Software within your WordPress dashboard, you ("Licensee" or "Store Owner") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. License Grant and Usage
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on your self-hosted WordPress/WooCommerce websites in accordance with these terms.
- Admin Management Role: This Software is explicitly designed as a support utility for Shop Managers and Store Administrators. You are responsible for configuring appropriate WordPress user roles and capabilities (e.g.,
manage_woocommerce) to dictate who can access the plugin's features. - Modifications: You may modify the Software code for your own personal or internal business usage. However, redistribution of modified source code as a new product is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited and Non-Harmful Actions Disclaimer
We guarantee a safe and reliable software foundation, and in return expect standard web compliance from our users. You explicitly agree that:
- You will not use the Software to deliberately disrupt your web host or underlying database integrity.
- You will not reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass any built-in licensing or signature verification logic.
- The Software contains zero malicious automated background processes. Any actions executed—such as optimizations, administrative shifts, or cleanups—are explicitly manually triggered or configured by your authorized Shop Managers.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise via an open-source license variant (such as GPL), all intellectual property rights, graphics, core algorithms, and branding elements associated with the Software remain our exclusive property. Your purchase or download grants you user rights, not ownership.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we develop the code strictly following safe WordPress hooks and security guidelines, we do not guarantee that the Software will be 100% error-free or perfectly compatible with every third-party theme or plugin on the market.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, e-commerce downtime, broken database indices, or custom theme layout shifts resulting from misconfigurations made inside the Software panel by your Shop Manager.
Recommendation: Always perform a full site and database backup before configuring new administrative tools on production web environments.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate your access to updates and customer support immediately, without refund, if we detect violation of these terms, fraudulent license sharing, or abusive behavior directed toward our engineering and support staff.
